The one thing I CAN do without listening to anything is drive. I find it very therapeutic (albeit, with a teenager, there's rarely a moment the music isn't on unless I'm alone.)

I used to be the same with walking but now I multi-task while walking too and it's been getting on my nerves a bit. Like, why can't I just look up and around and breathe the damn air? Easier when it's not the same 0.6 mile loop around my neighborhood and there's something new to observe.

I also gave up on almost every productivity app I've tried. Things move too fast and the only thing that seems to keep up (75% of the time) is my brain. By the time I've logged something, it's changed or something else has usurped it in importance. I was on a meeting with someone on my team explaining something I'd written up the other day and it literally changed via chat while I was on the call. LOL.

I don't have any answers, is what I'm saying. I agree. It's a struggle.
